Team and roles

Invite your producers, CSRs and checkers into one workspace. Invitations are email-based and expire if unaccepted.

Owner vs member

Members: full day-to-day access — upload policies, run checks, work findings, view activity.
Owners additionally: billing, team management, API keys, company rename and org deletion.

Inviting and removing

Team → enter an email → Send invite. The recipient sets a password through the invitation link and lands in your org. Owners can revoke pending invites and remove members; removal ends all of that member's sessions immediately. Each member controls their own password in Settings.
