What the contact form collects

The form on our contact page collects your full name, your agency or company name, your work email address, an optional message, and the page you submitted it from. We also record the IP address and browser user agent of the submission, which we use only to rate-limit abuse of the form.

We use this to reply to you about BindCheck and to open an account if you ask for one. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. It is stored on our own server, not in a third-party CRM. Ask us and we will delete it.

Documents processed in the product

Policy documents uploaded to a BindCheck account are stored for that account only and are used to produce the comparison you asked for. Extraction runs through third-party language model providers, which process the document text to return structured fields. We do not use your documents to train models. Cookies and analytics

The public marketing pages set no advertising cookies and run no cross-site trackers. A session cookie is set only after you sign in to an account.

Email bindcheck@vcorp.co to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We will act on it and confirm in writing.
